Yes I fell off my bike while training. With a scrapped up leg and bruised hip to show for the fall I am just glad it wasn't anything worse. With this training we haven't had much time for anything else the past few months. Just about any day that is semi decent weather we are training outside and if it isn't good weather we are at the gym.
